One company, two horizons
We find real problems and build the AI systems that solve them.
Today that means answering the phone for service businesses who lose work every time they can't break focus to pick up. Ten years from now it means a humanoid that can walk into a collapsed building and carry someone out.
What we build
Everything here is built around your attention — because that's what your goals are actually made of.
You have clients to look after, new ones to win, and the work itself to do. The day goes to whoever interrupts you first. We build the things that take the interruptions, so the hours left over are long enough to build something with.
It took the founder four careers and twenty years to put her own pieces together. The whole point of these products is that you get to keep yours.

Quinn — your phone, answered
Quinn picks up on the first ring, books the job on your real calendar, and tells you what needs you. Built for owners who are under a sink, on a roof, or in someone's basement when the phone goes.
How Quinn works →In listening
Whatever is costing you the most
Quinn exists because one contractor said one frustration out loud. We are listening for the next one rather than guessing at it — and the people who name a problem get the solution first.
Tell us what to build →Where this came from
MadamQ started as humanoid robotics research — biologically faithful control of a 696-muscle humanoid robotics architecture, for search and rescue.
Then a water-damage professional came to fix a roof leak and asked to be texted rather than called, because he was too busy working to answer his phone. The technology we'd spent years learning to build could solve that problem today — not someday in the future.
Quinn doesn't define MadamQ. Quinn is the first commercial application of a broader ability to find real problems and build reliable AI systems around them.
The long horizon
A humanoid that can work where people can't — inside rubble, after an earthquake, carrying someone who cannot carry themselves.
The approach is biological fidelity rather than approximation: 696 individual Hill-model muscles as the actuation layer, driven at real biological time scales, with real human physiological data as the control signal.
The services fund the research, and the research is why the services are credible. The discipline that makes a reflex arc behave correctly under load is the discipline that makes a phone agent behave correctly at two in the morning, when the calendar is unreachable and so are you.
More on the research →Who builds it
Metal fabrication, then pre-med, then a decade of enterprise AI. In that order, which turns out to be the order a humanoid needs.
MadamQ is built directly rather than outsourced — the same person who designs the architecture writes the code that runs it. When the time comes, it will be the same person who builds it at life size.
About the founder →What should we build next?
If there's something in your day that a machine should be handling, tell us.
We're not taking orders — we're listening for the next real problem. If enough people describe the same one, we build it, and the people who named it get it first.
